Validation Hypotheses: Shaping the catalogue of potential analyses

Highly inspired by the airport CDM Council, the PortCDM Council with its global reach, aims to establish the necessary overarching guidelines, processes and procedures to make STM and its PortCDM a successful international concept to improve maritime transport in terms of port operations and ports interaction with ships.
