Ulf Siwe from Sjöfartsverket, the Swedish Maritime Administration, was in town to provide an update on the successes of the STM Validation project, a recently concluded three-year EU-funded R&D programme that set out to test key aspects of the e-navigation concept in real-life in the Baltic Sea.
