2017 Mar – Digital Ship (Newsletter) – International PortCDM council established
An international PortCDM Council, inspired by the airport CDM (Collaborative Decision Making) council, is set to be established at the end of March 2017, initiated by the STM (Sea Trafic Management) Validation Project and bringing together a range of governmental and non-governmental maritime organisations.
